The RevRE BI Tool is a purpose-built, no-code analytics platform designed specifically for multifamily real estate. It gives operators, asset managers, and investment teams a single live view of portfolio performance — combining operational and financial data from across their property management systems into unified, interactive dashboards and reports.
Unlike general-purpose BI tools, RevRE is built on a standardized multifamily data model, which means every metric — occupancy, rent, expenses, NOI — uses consistent definitions across every property and PMS from day one. There's no data wrangling, no custom SQL, and no months-long implementation to get started.
Power BI and Tableau are powerful general-purpose tools — but they require your team to build and maintain the data pipeline, write the data models, define every metric, and build every dashboard from scratch. For multifamily, that typically means months of implementation, ongoing developer support, and constant maintenance as your PMS data changes.
RevRE BI is different in three important ways:
1. The data is already standardized. RevRE connects directly to your PMS systems and normalizes everything to a consistent multifamily schema — so "occupancy" means the same thing across Yardi, RealPage, and Entrata without any custom mapping on your end.
2. It's built for your workflows. Dashboards, KPIs, and reporting templates are designed for multifamily asset managers and operators — not generic business users. You get the reports your team actually needs, not a blank canvas you have to build from scratch.
3. No SQL, no developers required. Your team can build, customize, and share dashboards without engineering involvement. Implementation takes days, not months.
The BI Tool is designed around the workflows that multifamily teams actually run every day. Common use cases include:
Portfolio monitoring — a single dashboard showing occupancy, rent trends, expense variances, and NOI across every property, updated daily from your PMS.
Automated reporting — schedule reports to be generated and emailed to your team, investors, or stakeholders on whatever cadence you need. No manual exports required.
Benchmarking — compare your properties against each other and against market benchmarks to identify where you're over- or under-performing.
Smart alerts — set thresholds on key metrics like occupancy, delinquency, or expense ratios, and receive alerts when a property crosses a line.
Investor reporting — branded, stakeholder-ready exports that don't require hours of prep work to produce.
No. The RevRE BI Tool is built for operations and finance teams, not developers. Dashboards are built with drag-and-drop tools, reports are configured through a point-and-click interface, and all data connections are managed by RevRE — not your IT team.
If you can use a spreadsheet, you can use RevRE BI. The difference is that RevRE BI updates automatically, scales across your entire portfolio, and doesn't break when your PMS data changes format.
ETL stands for Extract, Transform, Load — the three-step process RevRE uses to take raw PMS data and turn it into clean, standardized, analysis-ready data.
Extract: RevRE connects directly to your property management systems via secure API or SFTP and pulls raw operational and financial data automatically every day.
Transform: Raw data from different PMSs arrives in inconsistent formats. Our transformation engine maps everything into a single multifamily-specific data model — normalizing GL categories, occupancy definitions, rent roll structures, and more across every source system.
Load: Take clean, standardized data to your endpoint of choice.

RevRE supports Major PMS integrations including all major multifamily platforms. Confirmed integrations include Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, and more.
If you operate across multiple PMSs — which is common for management companies and ownership groups working with multiple operators — RevRE handles all of them simultaneously, normalizing data from every source into a single unified model.
Confirmed integrations include Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, and ResMan. Don't see your PMS listed? Contact us and we'll confirm support or discuss your specific configuration.
Standardization means that the same concept — say, "physical occupancy" — is calculated and labeled the same way across every property and every PMS in your portfolio. Without standardization, your Yardi properties might calculate occupancy one way, your RealPage properties another, making any cross-portfolio comparison meaningless.
RevRE standardizes the full range of multifamily operational and financial data, including:
Operational: Occupancy, rent roll, leasing activity, renewals, delinquency, move-ins/outs, marketing performance.
Financial: Revenue, expenses, NOI, budgets, pro formas. See property-level financials in your chart of accounts, and automatically map property-level financials into our common chart of accounts for aggregated portfolio-level reporting and 100+ insights for comparative cross-portfolio financial analysis.
Property & unit: Unit types, floor plans, amenities, square footage, building attributes.
Residents: Lease terms, move-in/out history, turnover data.
By default, RevRE pulls and delivers fresh data daily — so every morning your dashboards, data warehouse, or downstream applications reflect the previous day's operational and financial activity across your portfolio.
More frequent refresh cadences are available depending on your plan and use case. Contact us if your team needs intraday data delivery.
Data Licensing is used by three main groups:
Operators & asset managers who want to benchmark their portfolio against real market performance — not survey averages — to identify where they're over- or under-performing on rent, occupancy, and expenses.
Investors & underwriters who need live market comps to support deal screening, underwriting models, and investment committee presentations — replacing the manual survey collection process entirely.
PropTech companies building AI-powered analytics, pricing tools, or LLM-based products that require clean, structured, continuously refreshed multifamily data delivered via API.
Technical setup — connecting RevRE to your PMS systems — typically takes less than one hour per management company or property management system. You provide read-only credentials or SFTP access, and RevRE handles the rest.
Once connected, data extraction begins immediately. You can generally expect clean, standardized data to be flowing within 24 hours of setup, and most customers are fully live within 10 days of their kickoff call — including connection, GL mapping, validation, and delivery configuration.
No developer involvement is required on your side. RevRE's team manages the connection, data mapping, and QA process end to end.
Once your data connections are live and validated, onboarding is the process of getting your team fully up and running on the platform. This includes setting up user accounts, configuring roles and permissions, building your initial dashboards and reports, and training your team on the features they'll use every day.
Because every organization is different — in size, complexity, number of PMSs, and how your team works — onboarding timelines vary. Smaller operators with simpler portfolio structures can be fully operational within 30 days. Larger organizations with complex multi-PMS portfolios, multiple teams, and more sophisticated reporting needs may take several months to work through the full implementation.
RevRE's implementation team works with you throughout this process. You're never handed a login and left to figure it out alone.

For most customers, no. RevRE is designed to be implemented without developer involvement on your side. The most your IT team typically needs to do is provide read-only API credentials or SFTP access to your PMS — a task that usually takes less than 30 minutes.
If you're using RevRE to pipe data into a custom data warehouse, an existing BI platform, or an AI application you're building, your technical team will be involved in configuring your endpoint — but RevRE handles everything upstream of that delivery point.
Multi-PMS portfolios are one of RevRE's core use cases. Whether you run Yardi for some properties and RealPage for others, or you're an ownership group working with multiple management companies each using different systems, RevRE connects to all of them simultaneously and normalizes everything into a single unified data model.
This is exactly the problem RevRE was built to solve. Setup takes slightly longer for multi-PMS configurations — typically one connection per management company — but the result is a single source of truth across your entire portfolio, regardless of what's running underneath.
Yes. RevRE is SOC 2-compliant, meaning our data handling practices, security controls, and infrastructure have been independently audited against the standards required for enterprise real estate data. Role-based access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and audit logging are all part of the platform's standard security posture.
For more details on our security practices, visit our Security & Policies page →.
RevRE accesses your PMS data via read-only credentials — meaning RevRE can pull data for reporting and standardization, but cannot write back to or modify your source systems in any way.
All data transfers use encrypted connections. Data at rest is encrypted, and access within the RevRE platform is controlled by the role-based permissions you configure for your team. Your data is never shared with or sold to third parties.
RevRE pricing is customized based on your portfolio size, the number of PMS connections, and which products you're using. We don't publish one-size-fits-all pricing because the right configuration varies significantly depending on whether you're a 500-unit operator, a 20,000-unit management company, or a PropTech company building on our data.
The best way to get accurate pricing for your situation is to schedule a demo. We'll understand your needs and give you a clear picture of what RevRE costs — and what it returns.
Yes. RevRE's three products — the BI Tool, ETL & Standardization, and Data Licensing — are designed to work together but can be adopted individually. Many customers start with the product that addresses their most pressing need and expand from there as their data strategy matures.
For example, a team that starts with the BI Tool for portfolio reporting often later adds Data Licensing to benchmark their performance against live market data.
