RevRE handles sensitive operational and financial data for multifamily operators, investors, and property management companies across the country. The bar for how we protect, manage, and govern that data isn't just high — it's non-negotiable. These policies exist to make our commitments clear and verifiable, not just stated.

Governing principles
Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled by role-based permissions. Infrastructure is monitored continuously and audited against SOC 2 standards. RevRE's security architecture is designed to protect customer data at every layer of the stack.

Compliance

RevRE maintains compliance with industry security standards including SOC 2. We conduct regular internal and third-party audits to verify that controls are operating effectively, and we update our practices as regulatory requirements evolve.

Confidentiality

Customer data is treated as strictly confidential. RevRE team members with access to customer data are bound by confidentiality obligations. Data access is granted on a least-privilege basis — meaning people see only what they need to perform their role.

Risk Management

RevRE operates a formal risk management program that identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks to data availability, integrity, and confidentiality. Incident response procedures are documented, tested regularly, and activated in the event of a security event.

Transparency

We notify affected parties promptly in the event of a security incident that may affect their service or data.
