Installation fees apply to ETL and BI Tool activations when there is MORE THAN ONE installation. A one-time onboarding and installation fee is assessed based on the number of PMS connections and portfolio complexity. Your RevRE team will provide a specific installation quote as part of the kickoff process — before any work begins.

Can I start with one product and add others later?

Yes. Every RevRE product works as a standalone purchase. Many customers start with ETL or the BI Tool and add Data Licensing or standalone reports as their needs evolve. There's no obligation to buy the full suite upfront.

What are installation costs and how are they calculated?

There is no installation fee for a single installation. For multiple installations, installation fees cover onboarding, PMS connection setup, GL mapping, and data validation. The fee varies based on the number of PMS connections, portfolio complexity, and which products are being activated. Your RevRE team will provide a specific installation quote during kickoff.

How does per-unit pricing work for multi-PMS portfolios?

Per-unit pricing is based on the total number of units across all connected PMS systems. If you operate 4,000 units across Yardi and RealPage, you'd be in the Medium tier for the BI Tool. RevRE handles all normalization across both systems at no additional per-PMS cost.

Are contracts annual only, or are monthly options available?

Platform subscriptions (ETL, BI Tool) are annual contracts. Data Plus is a month-to-month subscription. Contact us to discuss the right structure for your situation.
